Week 7: Book Recommendations

I read a book called sherlock. It is about a famous fictional detective and 5 of his famous cases. I would highly recommend this book as i love crime and mystery books. i would rate this book a 5/5 star.

Hello class, this time, I’m going to recommend a very great book, entitled ‘The Accidental Tourist’. This book was the first Anne Tyler ( Anne Tyler ) book that I read. Anne’s writing is very straightforward and clear which made the book easy to read. This book is so interesting that when you read it, you will never want to stop and you’ll have a feeling that you are watching the movie. This wonderful novel is a funny, satisfying and heart-breaking as it makes me laugh one moment and brings tears to my eyes the next. Although Macon Leary, the man who writes travel books for people who travel, is the main character of this story, the other supporting characters are also unforgettable. I am rating this book 3.5 out of 5 stars, be sure to check both this book and it's author out ! :)

I read a book called "But Was It Murder " by Jania Barrell. The book is about a man killed himself because his doctor lied to him that he have a brain tumour that couldn't be cured. I highly recommend this book because it is interesting and it is about mystery. I rate this book 4.5/5 stars.

I read the book " two worlds" written by Helen Everett-Camplin, the story is about a journalist called Trevor Baynam presenting three young people who all leave their home countries for different reasons. They will tell us about why they leave their country, their lives in their home countries and their experience in their new worlds by diaries, emails, news reports and more. I would highly recommend this book to whoever likes adventures because when the three young people where leaving their countries to their new worlds there's a lot of adventures in it. I would rate this book as 4/5

I read this book called the fruitcake special it is a great storybook, it is about a women using a perfume that 100% attract men but suddenly she gotten out of control using the perfume way too much. So I recommend this book if you like men or if you like perfume, i rate this book 4 stars and it's an awesome and a cool book.

My book is Brat Farrar, it tells the story of a young man named Brat Farrar who pretends to be Patrick, the heir of the Ashby family ,who was thought to be dead. But at the present time Patrick's brother Simon who was supposed to be the second in line heard the news about the living "Patrick" , he faces the horrible past he and his brother had.Along the storyline ,more frightening pasts and secrets are revealed as Simon and "Patrick" meet once again.this book is full of mystery and will give you shocking surprises. Hope you guys will like it!

My book is Man hunter, It was a very inappropriate book, that tells a story about how a man eager to please his parents by joining an army but, got rejected.Because his dreams were crushed, he turned into a psychopath and decided to murder random people . This book is a crazy twisted, murder with a lot of the times when he plans to murder the people and leaves a card.he intends to confuse the investigators and to show how good his talent is and how wrong they were to not accept him in the army .I rate this book a 3/5 stars . I do not recommend this book to anyone who does not want to read murder.

The book is abouthow three different people was forced to move to london and meet each other. after meeting in an english learning centre, these three kids became fast friends. I read the book called "Bullring Kid and Country Cowboy." Which was made by Louise Clover this book's main character is called Fizza or Felicity. This book was a mix of friendship, romance and adventure. The characters in this book were little but they are well explained so its good. I would rate this book 3.5 stars for the adventure and friendship but i deducted some stars for the romance.

I read the book " manhunt " .
MANHUNT is a fascinatingtale of murder and betrayal as well. However , the story is also very confusing and not "that" good of a book to read. It started all off when his brother got into the millitary and made his parens proud. He was jealous that he tried to get into the millitary system too but he was refused. After then , he though of ways on how to make his parents proud of him, so he decided that if he kills innocent people, his parents would be proud at him. He killed his brother, betrayed his friend then killed him. Everytime he kills someone , he would hide an 'Ace' card somewhere near the victim.
So far i think that this book has a very confusing plot line. If you like crime and mysteries, then you would like it , so far i rate this book 3/5

I read the book written by Anne Tyler,The Accidental Tourist.This book is was a good book though I would've liked to read more about the main character's former wife and his two divorced brothers.This book made me interested after I had read the third page, where something disappointing or tragic occurred.The main character(Macon Leary) experienced a lot of sadness in his life and turned to be so..passive and that had torned him and his wife apart.Soon,A dog trainer(Muriel) and (Macon Leary) fall in love, even though everyone kept gossiping and warning Macon about her.They both were separated for a short period because of Macon's former wife .In some time,Macon realizes that he shouldn't be with Sarah(ex-wife) instead,with Muriel. This book interested me because it had two things that i would usually encounter in amazing books-Betrayal and trust .I liked reading this book as it taught me to accept the sadness that happened and move on from it.It also taught me a quote that I had read 'It doesn't matter who hurt you,or broke you down.What matters is who makes you smile again.'This book was quite good,so I rate it a 3.5/5.
