"Well, I … " He stopped himself. He didn't want to tell them that quite yet. "Never mind. We've got what we need. Let's go."

He walked outside and continued walking until he knew Jeb was out of earshot. "OK, you have got to have feelings for Jeb. Am I right?"

"Because you talk to him in a way just good friends wouldn't. And you hug. That's the biggest giveaway."

Caerwyn pried her off his body and took a step back, brushing himself off. "Absolutely not."

He halted her with his hand. "Stop it. In addition to me hating close contact with anybody, you'd be hugging a corpse."

He sighed. "Maybe you're right, but still don't trick yourself into believing we're friends, got that?"
He saw the sadness in her eyes. He could feel it biting into his bones. Devil curse me, he thought. "Uh … Cassandra?"
"We can be … friends, if it's not too late," he tried to give a nervous smile, but it was impossible with no muscle.

He looked at her blankly. "Don't push it."

"Good idea," he whispered to her. He lowered his head and covered his face. "You see anyone?"

"You sure you want to take that risk?" He asked.
"I'm just asking if you're sure," he smirked wide enough so she could see.

"I'm on it. You go after weapons, OK?"

Caerwyn tried to tread lightly, but his heavy armor clanked loudly. He cringed. He really needed these clothes. He walked down the town's road as lightly as possible.

He moved behind a building and took off his armor. He could feel the weight lift immediately. He peered around the corner and spotted the clothier, to which he moved towards using the shadows as cover.

Caerwyn, using his new weight, swiftly scaled a building and leaped over to the clothier's shop. He dropped to the side where the only observable window was. He slid it open and, after confirming no one's presence, slipped inside and began searching.

When he found the stash, he grabbed an armfull and forward rolled out the way he came, quickly disappearing into the shadows and looking for Cassandra.

When he spotted her, he ran towards her. "Does anybody know?"
He kept running with her and dived into more shadows.

"Here," he set the clothes next to her and took the weapons from her, "I'll take those."

"Well I'm not fashion expert. You'll have to decide what we'll wear."

"Got it." He sorted through the clothes and found the appropriate clothes, slipping into them quickly. He took the weapons and hid as many of them as he could under his cloak and then held the rest. Peering around the corner, he spotted a wagon moving towards them. "Wish me luck," he said as he rushed to the wagon and dived into the back smoothly.

Caerwyn then promptly emerged from the wagon's cargo hold and took a seat next to Cassandra. "Ride like Hell," he said.

He pulled it out from under his cloak. "What are we looking for?" He asked her.

"Apshere, help us find this glass jewel." An arrow materialized within the center of the sphere, pointing west.
