I read this book within the last 2 years. It goes something like this:

The main hero may have spent years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Upon release he kidnaps who he thinks is the person responsible for putting him away. He is determined to make her pay for what she did to him.

I think towards the middle they start to develop feeling for each other. Either she escapes or he releases her. Then at the end, it's discovered that she is a twin and it was her twin sister who did it.

It's driving me nuts, anyone??

I read something similar - just remembered name of book Cowboy and the Captive, the guy takes her to a ranch because her name had been used to get him in trouble. Turned out her rich parents preferred her twin and always got her out of trouble by making non-favoured (now captive) twin take blame.
