Sonia easily countered with an invisibility spell and moving out of the way.

Trish still had a controlled look
She then punched the girl in the back, and used another spell to become visible again.
Jade was holding her head as she felt a headache, Trish was on the ground
"What seems to be the matter Jade?" She asked looking at the girl holding her head.
Jade looked up and said "I sense a Galaxy Emerald outside."
"A galaxy emerald is a strong emerald that produces a lot of power and if Topaz gets his hands on it he could easily destroy the school, and enslave us all, my crystal chao is at Mobius so it can't help me." She said
"He still can't pierce the barrier as of yet so it's not an issue. We can figure out more after class alright?"
"It can stop time and if he unlocks its true power with all seven then we won't stand a chance. And I think he knows it's here." she said
"Let's just continue the class" she replied.
She frowned "I have to find it Ma'am or this cursed headache will continue."
"Are you sure you can't wait?"
"No, the headache will get bigger until I find it, besides my parents are counting on me." she then added in a quiet voice "Wherever they are."
((Cas will have history))
She sighed. "I'll excuse you from class then."
She nodded running to outside saying "It won't take long unless I run into Topaz."
She sighed. "Now where was I?" She asked aloud, partly to see if anyone in class was listening.
The others were looking at the teacher "weren't you gonna put us in groups?" one student asked
"Ah yes, but first we need to finish the other ideas for what are good defensive spells. But did you all see how I cast the invisibility spell?"
She saw that and went on, turning back to the girl who was under her control. "Now punch me." She commanded.
She did before Jade came back in with a gem like object.
As the girl punched the teacher dodged and cast a stun spell on the girl. (Basically it holds her in her position until she's attacked)
Jade was studying the Emerald
(Can you put that she was stuck in her pose?)

(G2g2 bed I have to march tomorrow)
(It's your char though, just so it's not really Godmodding.)"As you can see she's now stuck in that pose. Everyone see?"
They looked at the frozen Trish Jade bringing out another Emerald.
"Jade please put the Emeralds away and pay attention."
They where glowing brighter as she put them together before putting them away in separate pockets
"Do you know how I froze her?" She asked Jade.
"You froze her using a stun spell." She said
"But do you know how to cast the spell?" She replied.
"So you weren't paying attention then?" She asked.
"I think using spells are a coward based moves, I am a warrior but because of my family line I had to take this class." she said
"Then why did you sign up for the class?" She pointed out. "And no, magic is not a coward's weapon, only a few skilled people can master magic beyond some very simple spells. And what this class is for is to make you well understand how to use magic and the best uses for it."
"My sister signed me up believing I must master my magic when I barely even use my powers." Jade said "Especially since I'm next in line for being a chief, and I couldn't protest since my sister was older then me."
"Then you especially need to understand how to use magic and it's positives not hold to an old opinion like it's just for cowards." She explained. This was an understandable position as many have held it before and there was even a time where magic-users were persecuted over it, not realizing that while everyone can use some kind of magic, only those well skilled can master it and they needed to not only be brave but devoted to the mystic arts, like how an artist must be devoted to his or her craft to be very good at it.
Jade nodded as she said "I also need to learn to protect my tribe, I've been able to punch through a mountain, I'm good with nature, and I'm great with swords, you could say I'm almost good at everything but magic." she had a frown on her face as she said "Fine, I'll learn for the sake of my people."
She nodded and decided to show the example again but have Jade mimic her this time with another kid. "Can I have a volunteer?" She asked the class. "May I add that volunteers get $5 to spend in the school shop."
The teacher waited for someone to volunteer.(Wanna have one of your chars volunteer or just an NPC in the class?)
"Melody come on up, Jade you too."
They both nodded coming up
"Now Jade, follow exactly I do but to Melody." She told the female creature. She then recast the stun spell on the controlled girl.
Jade looked at Melody and did no the same spell stunning her. Trish was already stunned.
