So when I came to U.S I knew the Urdu language speaking wise and I could read it fairly well. When we moved here, we stopped speaking it and I emerged into English. Couple years later when my sisters are applying for colleges they start speaking it more so it sounds more natural and also cause colleges love it when you know more than one language. However, I didn't pick it up again so easily this time. Now my mom, and sisters are blaming me for not knowing it.

Fine. I take some responsibility. But whenever you turn to me you switch back to English. You don't even try to help me. And when I try to learn it you just tell me to shut up. Or roll your eyes and just ugh.
