Harry is treated horribly, I agree Tris. It's no wonder he is so angry in this book - everything that has everything to do with him is being kept from him.
Molly has always been the over-protective type (I suspect she's named Molly because of all her mollycoddling!), but in this book it seems a little fairer than in other situations, to me.
One of Sirius' flaws is his loyalty to James, which seems positive until it starts to endanger Harry. I can't say this is negative though; this is one of the reasons Sirius is a successful character. All good characters have flaws.
Fred and George and responsibility don't mix for me. I think them not joining the Order was the right call.
Further discussion (SPOILERS):
Is Umbridge the most evil character in the series?
What is your opinion of the Slytherins and the Inquisitorial Squad?
What do you think about the relationship between Harry and Luna?
