A small, cozy brick building that sits on the corner where Greenburg and Main Street intersect, Redbrook's local library is old and slightly worn but not unattractive. Painted on the inside to resemble desert scenery (soft dun shades and pale greens mark the lower half of the walls as sand and plants, while the upper portions are painted inky blue and speckled with white to resemble a clear night sky) the library gives off a peaceful feel, and it's a great place to go if you're feeling burdened by school or life at home--or even the Dream. Despite its size, it boasts quite the selection of books, and if you step past the red-painted doors you'll find yourself surrounded by shelves and shelves and shelves--featuring the likes of Tolkien, Stephen King, Jane Austen, Kurt Vonnegut; books of all kinds and writers all genres line the dark oaken shelves, and you're sure to find something that suits you. To the back and right is the reading area, for when you do: a coffee table surrounded by plush chairs and loveseats. And there is a reception desk up front, should you ever need help finding or checking out a book.
