The Eliza parts are a little strange but I think I'll get used to it. I feel bad for Ziri and Akiva. I don't know which one Karou should end up with. I don't want Ziri to be sad. I really hate to read his POV it makes me so sad!

Yup, it could have been better. Some parts were way too much. Like all the story with Eliza...

But I gave this book a 5 because it's the first series I've read so far that hadn't completely ruined the series with the final book. One extra star for a great last book that remains faithful to it's characters and story. :)

It helped make it more enjoyable, but there are still a couple of things that could use clarification. That attack on the Misbegotten and Chimaera was so sudden that I wasn't even sure if it was real or somebody's dream. I think I'll reread the first 2 books in the series at some point, then maybe come back to this one in a year or so. (hide spoiler)]
