Personality: He is very rough around the edges but doesn't look it and can be quite brutal if pushed too far he is mostly alone and tends to pick on the initiates when they disobey the rules. If they can't handle that much they should just leave that is the least of what they should be able to handle is his attitude on the matter.
History: From when he was born til the day of his choosing ceremony a few years ago he had been Dauntless now he has decided to help at one point, but this time he was forced into it by his twin sister Jolie, to train the initiates. His sister is all the family he has and that's fine by him.

Other: Nobody really notices him unless he wants you to he can be so quiet and still that it sometimes appears as if he came out of nowhere like a shade

Personality: She is kind hearted, gentle and always patient. She loves learning and medicine so it was a no brainer where she needed to go. She is passionate about her choice and extremely happy with that.
History: She is originally from Abnegation and never really got over some of her more Abnegation habits. She has always had a love of learning especially medicine which is what she does when she isn’t guiding the initiates. She has passed every test she has ever been given with the highest As possible when she came to the faction she got a 200 on her IQ test so she knows what she’s talking about when she starts talking about anything.

Personality: Leaf's one of the most intelligent guys he knows, and that's saying a lot since he lives in the Erudite headquarters. He loves to study, read, and learn but at the same time he's very concerned about his body.
History: Leaf's family is originally from Dauntless, being an only child he always got full attention. He's some what of a genius in the Erudite compound and is known for it too. Leaf wanted to transfer to Dauntless when he was younger from all the stories he'd heard about them but once he actually started learning truth he leaned more towards knowledge. Because like almost everybody at Erudite he believes knowledge is the real power in a battle.

Personality: Maria is a typical Candor gal. She will tell you the truth even if it hurts someone elses. Her favourite pastime is to sit outside and watch the stars at night.
History: Maria was born into an Abnegation family, and knew from a very young age that she was not destined to be Abnegation. She hated the way she looked, and wanted to be her own person, not someone who would be seen but not heard, she liked to tell the truth and knew that she was Candor. During the initiation stage, she was nervous, she was afraid of what would come. But because she was already truthful she realised their was nothing to be worried about. She was the highest ranked initiate and was offered the highest job in Candor, the leader, however she turned it down to be an instructor, because she felt like she would be able to get the transfers to open up as she was once a transfer herself.

History: Ezekiel was born in Dauntless, his family was always trying to prove their bravery. He had one older brother that stayed in Dauntless. When he switched, his parents didn't like it, they were proud of their other son and just forgot about Zeke. He has emotional break downs all the time now because of them forgetting him and abusing him.

Personality: She is strong, determined, brave, and almost fearless. She can be harsh but always fair. Always enjoys a good laugh. She is also stubborn and resourceful.
History: She has always been Dauntless. She has never thought about leaving and is perfectly happy making the initiates lives a living hell for a few weeks. The only family she has is her twin brother Shade. Who she sees as immature and annoying but he’s family so she puts up with him. She has her softer moments but you’ll be lucky to witness them.

Personality: He is calm, considerate, and always willing to help others. He is patient with everyone.
History: He has always loved his faction there is no place better for him. He has always been Abnegation through and through. He has a younger sister who has changed faction but he doesn’t hold it against her. He looks forward to visitation day so that he can go see how she is doing. He started working as a trainer because he thought that was where his talents were best suited.

Katherine can't bring herself to hurt anyone, whether mentally or physically. She cares about everyone's input, and always tries to gather information from both sides of the story before making a decision. She's very intelligent, and has a very structured and calm way of thinking. She's also very good at calming people down. She's also very brave, and would risk her own life for anyones'. Because of this, she chose Abnegation. In Abnegation, she could be brave and intelligent in her own way, but help other people instead of hurt them.
History:
Despite several problems involving bullying and harassment (due to her unwillingness to fight or hurt others, and her thirst for knowledge), Katherine led a fairly normal childhood life until her sixteenth year. That year, she discovered that she was Divergent. When she realized this, she knew right away that she had to hide this fact, because she had read about the whole concept of divergence. She didn't tell anyone in her family... seeing as, at the time, her father had been the leader of the Dauntless faction, and her mother a trainer. She made her choice in private, eventually choosing Abnegation. In her new faction, she showed much compassion for other people, and yet also gave good, realistic counsel. Because the leaders appreciated her selflessness (which was bravery and intelligence in disguise), they decided to make her a trainer.

We don't need any more Dauntless trainers, there is already enough, but we could do with some more in Amity, Candor and Abnegation also Erudite so basically every faction but dauntless
we would like at least 2 trainers for each faction and i think the maximum is about 5-6

Personality: Marx is a serious guy who is usually very calm about bad situations and is very understanding of others. He is very considerate about everybody and everything around him, that's one reason he left the erudite faction. Sometimes like most Candor's he ignores the emotions of others.
History: originally he came from erudite though he was meeting standards there he just didn't feel right. So on the choosing day he gladly went up to the glass of candor, cut his palm and let the blood drip to the glass Since then he has been hated by his family and old friends.
