I love seeing how people envision the characters. So post here with a character and then a picture of how you imagine that character looking.

I'll start with the obvious two... Loki and Thor! Wait, what? I mean Aldrik and Baldair! Haha! Yeah most of you know that they were part of my inspiration for the appearances of the two Air Awakens princes.

Ok my "perfect" casting....

Vhalla - Bella Heathcote:


I know the eye color is wrong... contacts can change that. But, there is both an innocence and an intensity and strength about that I think is perfect for Vhalla.


Aldrik - Sam Claflin:


Yes, that is Fininck... but all you need to do is see him with dark hair and looking intense and TUHDUH, ALDRIK!!!



Larel - Shay Mitchell:


To me she is JUST perfect for Larel. If you look at pictures of her she can be both unbelievably innocent looking but also has a sexiness, that I think it great for her.



Baldair - Max Irons:


I love me some Hemsworth... both of them... all of them. But Max Irons is a little younger, and to me is 100% "heartbreaker prince"! He can break my heart any day! I mean can we just look at him and appreciate him in all his amazingness for 1 second... sighhhhhhhhh



Sareem - Jeremy Irvine:


Ummmmm yeah...

My mind is blown by the idea of Sam Claflin. He was my Fritz with his goofy smiles... but now? The man's got potentially Aldrik-level smoulder.

Can I take a moment to give a shoutout to Ashley's casting in her review?

Specifically the person she pulled out for Vhalla:


I actually like this girl a fair amount... I imagined Vhalla's hair to be more of an ashen brown than a rich color... But I like almost everything else, even how her hair is a bit wild.

Does anyone know who this actress/model/person is?!

Scott Eastwood as Baldair, I mean, look at that, yes pleas!

Aidan Turner for Aldrik. Because, just, yes...

I have a Pinterest board for where I put the art and photos and things that make me think of Air Awakens. It's mostly pictures of dark, broody men at the moment. :) I'm still not quite settled on who I want to be whom. I like the suggestions here!!
