Nico glanced over at Siy, who was sound asleep on the floor.
Leo watched Siy and then he looked at Nico.
Nico had zoned out, lost in his own thoughts. He was looking down at the floor.
Leo bit his lip, he glanced up when he heard the backdoor open and then closed, he saw his father, " Hello you two," his father said before walking to the kitchen.
Nico shook his head, hearing voices. He looked up. "Hello." He gave him a light smile.
" So have you eaten Nico?" Leo's father asked.
Leo glanced down at his feet before looking back at Nico.

" That's good, Leo, I hope you cleaned your room before you came outside today," Leo's father said.
" I did papa," Leo says.
" Good, well I'm off to work boys," Leo's father says when he came back over to them, he kissed the top of theirs heads and ruffled they're hair before leaving.
Leo growled slightly when his father ruffled his hair.

Nico glared when his hair got messed up, but he was smiling faintly. He bit his lip and fixed his hair. He sighed softly and glanced at Leo.
Leo fixed his hair and sighed, " Sometimes Papa is just ugh," Leo says.
Nico shrugged. "Could be worse. He could drag you to church every Sunday like my dad.." He sighed.
" My dad and papa are atheists, so is my whole family," Leo says with a sigh, " I actually prefer being dragged to church on Sunday by your dad, which I have," Leo says,
"Yeah. Still. He's been getting worse about religious stuff in our house. As if that'll help keep him and my mom together.." He sighed.
Leo looked at Nico with an raised eyebrow.
"What? I'm being honest," Nico sighed and shrugged.
Leo didn't say anything else, he ran a hand through his hair.
" What to go out to the pool? My brothers should be out of it and gone from the house," Leo asked.
"Yeah. Sure." He shrugged. Nico bit his lip, thinking.
" The extra swimming suit should be somewhere down stairs in the dryer, take Rodrick for protection if you need to," Leo says as he heads upstairs.
Nico rolled his eyes. He went downstairs and got the swimsuit from the dryer.
Leo got into his room and he groaned when he forgot that his room had been torn apart last night, he sighed,
Nico changed in one of the downstairs bathrooms. He waited For Leo in the kitchen.
Leo found his suit and he changed into the trunks, he grins when he realized they were his fire truck ones, he was so childish at times.
Nico sighed softly, biting his lip. He absentmindedly fixed his hair.
Leo headed downstairs, he slid down the banister and landed safely onto the floor, he headed back to Nico.
Nico didn't hear him walk up, lost in thought once again. He finally noticed him and jumped, surprised.
Leo chuckled, " Whoops sorry, forgot you didn't like it when I sneak up on you," Leo says.
Nico took a deep breath. "It's alright, I just didn't see or hear you come up.." He smiled faintly.
Leo smiled, he put an arm around Nicos shoulders, " Alright come on, I'm dying to swim in my pool," Leo says.
"Okay. Fine." He walked with Leo out to the pool.
" You okay Nico? You've been a little off this morning?" Leo asked.
" Okay," Leo says as he lead Nico out of the kitchen and out to the backyard.
Leo smiled lightly, he removed his arm and he charged to hisool, he jumped and dived into the pool, splashing water everywhere, his father sat on the chair near the door.
Nico smiled and rolled his eyes. He pulled off his black t-shirt before cannon-balling into the pool after Leo.
Leo resurfaced and he smiled, " Nicoooo, want to play water tag or we can play Marco, Polo," Leo says.
Nico came up to the surface. He shoved his hair out of his eyes, looking at Leo. "I don't care. It's up to you."
Leo thought for a moment, " Marco, Polo, let's play that one," Leo says.
"Leo, Nico sounds better.." Nico joked, smiling lightly. He dove underwater and swam over to him.
" Fine, we can change the name of the came," Leo says.
Nico surfaced next to him. "Whatever." He shrugged. Nico shook his head.
" So want to be the well seeker or whatever first Nico?" Leo asked.
"You can be the seeker." Nico replied. He bit his lip
" Okay," Leo says with a small smirk.
Nico swam a few feet away from him. He waited for Leo.
Leo closed his eyes, he took a deep breath before smiling, " Nicoo," Leo calls.
"Leo." Nico called back, swimming away from him.
