Best eBook Conversion Tool - doc to Kindle

I am wondering if anyone can help provide me with the best tools that you use to take your written book in Word and convert/format it to be available in all Kindle eBook versions. i am looking for an easy way to format my ebooks without having to manually spend a ton of time doing so.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
