SOLVED. MC "Dirty" Series Standalone Lived in Trailer [s]

I read a book about 2-3 years ago about an MC Character. His MC name was Dirty because he didn't have the best personal hygiene. He is either holding a girl captive or hiding her, I can't remember which, in his trailer. He sleeps on the couch and gives her his bedroom. She has nightmares and the first time she does he comes barging in the room with his gun drawn completely naked. She cleans up the trailer. He gradually starts cleaning himself up because he starts to have feelings for her. I remember he had a long beard because he shaved it off and she commented how handsome he looked without it.

I feel like this was part of a series but that each one could be read as a standalone. It was probably an e-book, but it's also possible that it was a paperback.

Please help me. I want to re-read this and it's driving me nuts that I can't find it.
