I'm thinking of making a new reading challenge based on Harry Potter. Do you think that's a good idea?

Well, I'm still debating on whether to make a single challenge which can be completed within a month or so, or to make a series of challenges with the same theme. Here is my idea for series: The Sorting Hat Challenge where the participants can choose whichever house they want by read a specific number of books assigned to each house. So if I want to be sorted into Ravenclaw, I'll have to read (probably 2) books from a list of books which are given in order to become Ravenclaw. Then comes classes, for instance, Herbology, where you will have to read books with plants or green colour on the bookcover (I'll figure that out later) and continue with other classes, too. For each book read, one point will be awarded to the respective houses. Then the Quidditch challenge where you play the game by reading (still need to sort out all the details), and finally, by counting the points of all houses, the House Cup will be given. It's more like a team challenge with individual inputs.
It doesn't sound very interesting, does it?

That's a good idea. If they don't want to go to Pottermore, there still are plenty other websites, although Pottermore has the most accurate one. I think I'll need help here and there, so when I get to those parts, I'll ask for help :) My main worry is that people won't participate.
