One guy complaint that the room was too hot. Minute later I've just seen him with the heater on. Did he apply logic to that I wonder?

My OCD level had risen high yesterday. I have been to a therapist and I am trying to cope with it. People think OCD is just a joke but different people have different ways of coping specific mental health.

I think I need to go to a therapist to check for OCD because I've been having trouble with something that seems like OCD.
