Nate's a strong character. He has too many things on his plate and he knows how to get going. There is a quote that describes him best - "Damaged people are dangerous because they know they can survive".

I don't know why or how but I have always had this weird connection and love towards all the misunderstood, damaged, bad boys in the world. First it was Draco, then Murtagh, then Artemis and now Nate.

Nate's nice and I too like him. But Draco Malfoy?? I don't see any reason to like him. No situational crisis to justify his notoriety. Nate is damaged but Malfoy is a spoiled brat.

PS - Well, my favourite character (other than the ones who stole the show) in Harry Potter is 'Remus Lupin'.

Have you read Cursed Child? Malfoy fought his father and married a half-blood. He was not a spoiled brat, he did what he did because he was never taught any better. And when he got his own brains he did what he should have done in the first place; he helped Harry. He was forced by everyone to let the Death Eaters into Hogwarts. He also knew that it was Harry when that werewolf, Fenrir, caught him in the woods and brought him to the Manor but he didn't tell. Why? Because it was the ONLY way he could rebel against Voldemort. He was not bad, and that got proved, his circumstances were such that he did not know any better.

I honestly can't fathom why a death eater deserves to be respected just because a very late blow to his conscience brought back his senses to right place. But it's fine, we all are entitled to have opinion of our own.
