Naomi (tribalcat) | 307 comments I'm looking for cozy series that connect mysteries that happened at least prior to the 1920's with mysteries that are taking place in the current time period where the main character ends up solving both mysteries. For example:

P.J. Alderman's Port Chatham cozy series:
Haunting Jordan (A Port Chatham Mystery #1) by P.J. Alderman Ghost Ship (A Port Chatham Mystery #2) by P.J. Alderman

Heather Graham's Bone Island series:
Ghost Shadow (Bone Island Trilogy, #1) by Heather Graham Ghost Night (Bone Island Trilogy, #2) by Heather Graham Ghost Moon (Bone Island Trilogy, #3) by Heather Graham Ghost Memories (Bone Island Trilogy 0.5) by Heather Graham

Marja McGraw's Sandi Webster cozy series:
A Well-Kept Family Secret (A Sandi Webster Mystery #1) by Marja McGraw Bubba's Ghost (A Sandi Webster Mystery #2) by Marja McGraw Old Murders Never Die (A Sandi Webster Mystery #5) by Marja McGraw Prudy's Back! (A Sandi Webster Mystery #3) by Marja McGraw The Bogey Man (A Sandi Webster Mystery #4) by Marja McGraw Death Comes in Threes A Sandi Webster Mystery by Marja McGraw

They don't have to be paranormal cozies, and they aren't time-travel books. Does anyone know of any more?

Thank you Naomi, I just added the Marja McGraw series to my TBR pile!

Naomi (tribalcat) | 307 comments You're welcome, Sandi :)

Melodie, I had to give up reading the China Bayles series a long time ago. I just got so upset with how she handled her boyfriend cheating on her and how buddy-buddy she got with the other woman right after she found out. It's a good series though.

Melissa | 324 comments The Sharon Pape Portrait of Crime series. It's a modern day sketch artist who has a ghost from the old west. She is trying to solve current mysteries and stuff from the ghost's lifetime.
