Athena walked over to Smoke and smiled. "Don't be surprised if they fight." She said and flicked her tail to the small cave.

Stream growled, she leaped and clawed his face. She bit down into his right ear.

Athena smiled and brought Smoke to the small cave. She made her a nest and watched her fall asleep. Then she looked at the fighting kits. "Okay that's enough!" She yelled now that Smoke was asleep. "Stop it now!"

Stream wasn't going to back down, she clawed at his neck and bit it.

Athena huffed and rolled her eyes. She marched up to them and pulled them apart with her teeth and claws. "Stop it!!" She screamed.

Stream looked up at her mom, she sighed, "Sorry."

Athena then glared at Forest and punched him as hard as she could. She licked her paw and sat down with a smile. "You shut up." She said and smirked.

Stream giggled, "Haha!"

Athena then pushed Stream over. "You too, missy." She snapped.

Star halted, and watched wide-eyed. She'd been chasing more bugs, keeping a wary eye on Forest and Stream's fight, but now mother was punishing her brother. Her legs trembled as she watched Forest fall backwards. Wasn't he still hurt from before? she thought worried.

Stream hit head head on the ground, "Ow..." She said a little dizzy.

"No Forest! Wait!" Star started to run after him. She stopped when he left the enclosure and blinked sadly. "You're still hurt..."

Athena sighed. "Let him go." She said calmly though she was still angry. She huffed and sat down.

"Okay..." Star whispered and walked away from the exit with her tail low. She slunk through the grass towards the den.

Stream laid down, cleaning any blood that dripped down.

Athena stood up and walked to Forest. "You guys keep fighting!" She whisper yelled. "It makes me think I'm not doing my job right." She sat down and huffed.

Stream sighed, "It's our fault, not yours."

Athena sighed as he walked out. She turned back to Stream. "That was a good fight you put up there." She said. "But please don't do it again."

Stream nodded, "Yes mom. Do I have any wounds?"

Athena then sniffed Stream all over. She found one bite mark on her thigh and a scratch on her head. She licked her head clean and put cobwebs on her thigh. "There." She said and stepped back.

Stream smiled, "Thank you."

Athen smiled at Stream then looked at Forest. "Good job, Forest." She said and nodded. She then walked to the fresh kill pile and picked up a nice vole for herself.

Stream looked at Forest, she looked back at her mom, "Can I have a bite?"

Athena set it down and nodded.

Stream laid down next to her, she took a bite out of the vole.

Star frowned and walked up to her brother, "Can I make sure you didn't open your injuries?"

Star sniffed at the bite mark Riverwhisp had left on him. She smiled when she saw the cobweb wasn't red with fresh blood. She sniffed him all over and licked his shoulder. "Okay. You're good." She smiled at him and bounced away.

Athena smiled at Star and Forest. Maybe they would finally get along. Stream finally had someone more her size to play with; Smoke!

Stream took another bite out of the vole, she looked up at the sleeping Smoke, maybe they could be friends.

Athena sighed and looked away when Forest gave her the death stare.

((Time lapse to morning))

Athena woke up. She stood and stretched. She looked at her sleeping kits. She had made more nests in the cave for them since they were getting a little big to sleep all in one. Athena licked all their heads to wake them up and dar down in the entrance. She had good news awaiting for them. Her tail flicked with nervousness that Forest would hate her forever. She remembered last night. Kittypet. What a thing to say to your mother! She frowned and waited some more.

Stream woke up, she yawned and stretched. "Good morning!"

Athena smiled and licked Stream's head once. "Morning." She said. "Are you hungry? I was going to go hunting today. Maybe you'd like to come with!" She stood up and smiled at Stream.

Stream nodded, "Yes please!"

Athena nodded and turned to the entrance. "Okay." She said. "Let's go!" She raced out.

Stream followed her into the forest.

Smoke woke up, she stretched and yawned, purring when she felt the sun on her pelt. She looked around and sniffed the air, trying to smell some nearby prey outside the walls.

Smoke just shrugged at Forest, she didn't care about any looks or small wounds he gave her, she walked out of the cave and into the grass, looking for something to chase.

Smoke glanced at Forest, trying to see why he was a bit stubborn, but she just sighed and when she looked back in the grass, she saw a small beetle, she pawed at it and scooped it in the air playfully, She then caught it in her paws while it was in mid-air and killed it with a swift claw.

Smoke then flattened her ears at the scoff, she went to the forest to go hunting for a vole or two, so she slowly padded out to prove she was no kit.

Smoke came back, she dropped the thrush and mouse into the pile and lay in the grass, her tail lifted and dropped slowly as she stared at the blades of grass.

She sighed and watched as two ants fought over a dead ladybug, she looked at another ant sneak in and grab the food and crawl away, she chuckled as she watched the smart ant go back into its nest to feed its family.

Athena walked into the enclosure. Her and Stream had gone out to hunt. Athena had caught two rabbits, a thursh and a vole. Stream did very well. She caught a rabbit, mouse, and another vole! Athena went to the fresh kill pile and set the prey in it. She smiled at Smoke. "Good. I see you went hunting today." She said and sat down.

Smoke nodded and smiled, "I thought that I should show that I'm not just a small, weak kit, whimpering for milk, though i am a warrior, strong and fierce enough to kill a whole army of Bloodclan cats." She glanced at Forest a bit, then she sighed and looked up, seeing a chaffinch glide along the sky.

Athena smiled and nodded approvingly. "You certainly are a!" She said with a laugh. "Forest, what did you catch?" She asked not knowing he stayed in the cave all day.
