Star gasped at the news, and she watched fearfully as her mother got up. "But mom, you're hurt from the fox!" She meweled and stood up worried.

Athena turned back and looked straight at Star. "I'll come back after Riverwhisp learns her....lesson." She growled and dashed out.

Star frowned and shuffled her paws. She looked at Forest, "Stay in the nest Forest, you're bleeding. Try and be still. Stream can you lick his wounds?" Star bounded into a far corner of the den and reached up to paw at some cobwebs.

Stream nodded, she started to lick Forests wounds, but not too hard.

"Keep cleaning!" Star called from the corner. She was balancing on her hind legs with one front paw against the wall as she gathered the sticky cobwebs with her other. When she had what she hoped was enough, Star hopped on three legs over to Forest.

Stream nodded and kept cleaning his wounds.

"Watch out," Star mewed and gently pressed some cobwebs into the bite wound. "Can you hold those there?" Star frowned and stepped back. She sniffed at Forest's face where there were some scratches and licked them.

Stream did what she was told and held them where Star said to.

"Is there still blood coming out?" Star asked worriedly, looking up from Forest's face. "I don't know what else to do." She looked down sadly at her hurt brother.

Stream frowned, "Theres a little, maybe we should go get a med cat?" She said looking at Forest.

"I don't know where one is!" Star licked her brother's cheek quickly, "I'll find more cobwebs!" She darted back into the corner of the tiny cave, wiping her paw along the surface of the roof and sides trying to find more web.

"We'll we have to find one, or he might die!" She said her eyes full of panic.

"No Stream, he'll be okay. If the wound doesn't get infected." Star hopped back with more cobwebs, "Remove the bloody ones so I can put these on."

Stream removed the bloody cobwebs and put the new ones on. She sighed.

Star licked her sister's cheek, "It'll be okay. Mother will return soon. She'll know what to do." She looked down at her brother and realized his eyes were open again.

Athena walked into the enclosure with a mouthful of herbs. There were cobwebs on her paws so she had to limp over to them. She pushed the two away gently and tool the already bloody 'bandages' off and put on the fresh ones. Then she took some poppy seeds and set them down in front of Forest. "Please eat these." She said. "You'll feel better."

Athena sat down and licked her wound. Soon Forest would fall into a deep sleep because of the poppy seeds.

Then Athena went into the forest in search of more herbs and food.

Athena walked back in with Smoke by her side. She stopped and looked around.

Smoke got a bit scared and backed up a bit, not wanting to show a threat.

Athena looked down at Forest. "This is Smoke, she hates the clans and wants to stay here." She said.

Stream smiled at Smoke, "Im Stream!" She introduced herself.

Athena frowned down at Forest. "We need to treat her nicely." She said and padded to the cave. "We sleep here. I think I'm going to make more nests since these three are really growing."
