And discounting "The Bible" I take it, which is pretty much a given (though, not as much as The Book of Mormon).

I'd go with Story Of O overall, reason, romanticising of sexualised violence.

and Beauty and the Bounty Hunter, most recent, for the same reason.

Fifty Shades of Grey. Terrible. Sorry to say my husband wasted good money on that book!! Author lacks literary talent.

Back on Track: Diary of a Street Kid by Margaret Clark. It had the potential to be a really good story but the writing was just horrible and all that really happened was that they were all on drugs or trying to get money to get more drugs. That or they were in hospital then got straight out just to go on drugs again!

Little Bee - I found as much as there were realistic elements to the story, the author ruined it by surrounding these with unrealistic circumstances, decisions, etc. When reading I kept waiting for the "magic" to happen that the publisher promised. There was nothing magical about this book at all and I am confused as to why the PR folks claimed that there was.

The author is actually an excellent writer and I do have to admit that the book was well written but what was done with pieces of the plot and the character development ruined it for me. Some of the attempts to make the characters quirky or to emphasize the unfairness of life changed this story from a realistic and captivating one to a ridiculous one. Modifying a few small things would have made all the difference. Little Bee had the potential to be one of my favorite books. Sadly it became the opposite.

Liar by justine larbalestier. terrible the narrator lied all throughout the book and made everything so confusing i regret having read that book.

New Moon is the only Twilight book that I didn't like.

Lipstick Jungle...only book I never finished. But I did watch the show. Not sure how much the show followed the book.

Has to be The Beach House by James Patterson...A very,very ordinary book by Patterson's standards..

Matched series. I don't even know why I continued reading the series.

I hated all the twilight books with a burning passion. I don't think i really need to explain this.
