Your blog is quite good, but I'm not at good terms with the "You can be a partial or full contributor to another blog, but you may not post the same review to multiple blogs."
That means, one can't post a review he has written on his own blog, after submitting it to yours, right?

Yes. If someone else also contributes to another blog, they can review the same book on both platforms, but they will have to be two separate reviews.
