An event takes place in a location in a group for a period of time or days. So no, no seperate folders or thread. Beforehand members need to tell moderators which characters will come and depending on the event moderators will invite which characters.

No, we don't. No large ballrooms or rooms or anything either. So we need to make a new place no matter what

I was shit at using my practice sword in class, and I took classes for longsword, not rapier (a one-handed sword), so I will join you in being dead. I could only hope to survive using my bow and arrows and my quarterstaff. But I'm also vegetarian, so that would pose another problem.
