He looked at her. "You okay with that?" He asked her

Noelle looked up at Reese and nodded," Yes it's fine." She said softly
Noelle let go of his hand and followed the woman to where she needed to show them all of the marks on her body.
Noelle walked out to Reese after about 15 minutes.
She nodded a little,@ I'm fine."
He took her hand and led her back to their seats
She held his hand tightly and followed him
He sat back down with her, and waited for the jury
She unconsciously pulled the sleeve of her dress over her wrist as she sat next to Reese
He watched her and sighed a little, taking her hand
She looked at him and then let go of her sleeve," I don't even know I'm doing that," She said softly
She nodded a little," I wish they would hurry." She said softly
"Don't worry. There's no way he's innocent." He told her quietly
She looked up at him an nodded," Yeah I guess so." She said softly leaning her head on his shoulder
He wrapped his arm around her and rubbed her shoulder gently
Se sighed softly and let him comfort her
Finally the jury came out and passed their message on to the judge.
Noelle looked over at them and held onto Reese's hand tightly
She watched and waited The judge read what the jury had to say
((I was just going to have him be guilty but only have his punishment be community service or something))
((Yup))The judge finished reading what the jury wrote, "Jack you are guilty of what these two girls have accused you... However because we cannot prove that you did all of it you will be sentenced to 60 hours of community service."
Reese's eyes widened. How could he not be proven? All they needed to do was test the DNA in her body, or look at the fingerprints on her body. He was furious, and got up, immediately walking out, his hands clenched in fists.
Noelle frowned a little as she listened to all that the judge said. She wasn't expecting Reese to get up so suddenly. She watched him walk away seeing just in a few seconds how mad he was.Josh shook his head and got up to follow Reese out before he did something stupid. Grace looked after the two guys frowning. That wasn't something she was expecting for the judge to say. She wanted Jack to be far away from all of the innocent girls that would fall for him
Reese went into the lobby and started to punch into the hard walls, shouting out with each punch. He was so mad, that was all that he got.
Josh watched him for a second, before saying, "Reese quit." Noelle and Grace walked out of the court room together. Grace had her arms around Noelle's shoulders
He turned to him, his eyes red and swollen. "That's not fair!" He shouted, not even seeing Noelle and her mother
Josh nodded a little, "I know... I know its not, but you need to figure out a different way to get your frustration out." He said walking over to him.Noelle cringed a little hearing Reese yell. Grace just kept walking with her to the doors and outside.
"How? How the hell is that fair for her? What else am I supposed to do? Maybe replace the wall with his face?" He shouted. You could still hear him outside he was so loud
Josh shook his head a little, though he was doing little better than Reese was. "While replacing Jack's face with the wall will feel good now, it won't later when your the one in jail for beating him up in a court house. Then where would Noelle be without you?" He asked Noelle hid her face on Grace's shoulder just hugging her tightly. Grace held Noelle close as she listened to Reese's yelling.
He sighed and leaned against the wall, running a hand through his hair. "You're right. For her, that's the only reason in doing this. Or else I would be in jail." He said to him.
Josh nodded a little, "I know... because you wouldn't be the only one." He said softly, "Now lets get out of here before I change my mind."
Josh followed him out glaring at Jack once the other boy had walked out of the court room.Noelle was still huddled up against her mom outside the door
Reese didn't even look back, knowing he wouldn't be able to leave. He walked out and saw Noelle, smiling stiffly and walking over to her
Noelle didn't even see him, having her back turned to him as Grace gently rubbed her back. Grace was telling her anything to help her calm down
He waited behind her, feeling bad for not being there when she needed him
Josh walked up and touched Noelle's shoulder very gently. She pulled away from her mother, "Daddy, why?" She asked softly throwing her arms around him
Reese looked down and waited for her, looking up at Grace with sad eyes
Josh frowned a little and shook his head, "I'm not sure ellie." He said softly holding her close to him
Reese cleared his throat a little, hoping she wasn't mad at him
Noelle turned her head a little and looked at him. Josh put her back on her feet and she ran into Reese's arms
He held her tightly. "I'm so sorry, I let my anger get over me." He said quietly, burying his face in her hair
She hugged him tight sniffling a little, "It's okay." She whispered, "I knew you weren't mad at me." she said softly
