Ian Wright (ianmwright) | 6 comments I'm starting a list of people who were bumped off the Hugo lists by the Sad Rabid slate. This could be because they declined a tainted nomination and withdrew, or because slate voting knocked a legitimate nomination off the list. I think it would be worthwhile to watch them and see if they come out with Hugo-worthy works before the 2016 deadline.

Preliminary list:
Annie Bellet
Juliette Wade
Marko Kloos
Kary English

Stephen Richter (stephenofllongbeach) This is one writer's view of what the Hugo's would have looked like if it was a puppy free year.

Morgan Dhu I was impressed by Kary English - one of the few Puppy nominations whose work was actually somewhere near Hugo territory in terms of quality. I think she was shorted by being put on the slate.

I'm going to be watching for her work in the future.

Added to the list. I agree she deserves better than slating.
