As a comic book nerd the idea of multiple universes is very unappealing. Secret wars and Convergence beat it to death. But, I already know once we start I'll get into it.

What about a portal to other worlds in the same universe?
So it isn't like, alternate versions of the same place.
I wasn't planning on the island to cross over each time and they still be stuck
But if they were always on an island, what would they do.
They would use the portal to try to advance their paradise.
What would happen every time they go through a portal?
I'm just trying to figure it out. I'm sounding like a stickler but I was interested in the multiple worlds idea.

I'm just exciting for the after math of secret wars when the worlds have been merged.
Miles can be the replacement for the Spider-mans marvel wants Peter to be .
Peter Parker can be the Spider-Man the fans have wanted for years.
Also the merging of the worlds will create many new things for writers to play with that will be interesting to read.
