" Though we need to get you to be a dragon, it would be.so. EPIC!" She said in a fan girly way.

"My human stays the same, along with the scales I get and apparently my tail. But my wings are always full sized."
" Hmmm.....," she thought for a momment. " It would be as you have had some scales before, but seeming as you could already get scales that part would be easy, but rearranging your cells into a different shape seems as hard as rapidly increasing and decreasing them," she said.
She snuffled. "I just want to do this, I don't want to focus on the science, I've been a failure all my life and a weakling. Technically, I wasn't supposed to leave the mountain til I could do a full transformation."
"Eh, he got all pushy and wouldn't let me go down when I turned 18, even though he'd done nothing whatsoever to celebrate or anything or give me anything. He never really cared."
" Then don't do it for him, do it for yourself, isn't that how dragons are supposed to be?" She asked.
"How is this normal?" she asked. This bird didn't know a thing about what she was talking about, but Zerai liked talking with her.
"And, um, how many other dragons have you met?" she asked, pretty sure her fellow students had more important things than to be understanding and nice.
"Not at all." And he'd tried to force the transformation. Granted, she now had a tail, but... That had hurt!
" so maybe we try to ask around? Maybe a dragonology class is here?" She said, not ever wanting to look because she didn't want to tie herself down to one dragon.
"Hmm. I doubt it. All the scholars were probably killed for getting near the dragons." She folded her arms. Her father had done a bit of slaying as well.
"I don't know that they'd want their secrets out," she said, "And I learned from my father, he was disappointed I couldn't do the transformation as well, he's said at least a hundred times that he's never heard of a child so useless as to not be able to undergo the shift."
" Well giving up won't help," she said. " Tell you what. We'll get you to shift, and then beat him up!" She said.
"No! Not my daddy!" She said, pouting and folding her arms. "He meant well. He was trying to make me mad enough to do it."
