My hometown is a small town on the east coast of England called Lowestoft. I live just outside of Lowestoft. I looked but I couldn't find a book set there. I did, however, find a book set in a town called Southwold which is a few miles south of where I live.

Anyway, this is about an author who invites some friends to a house at the seaside so that she could observe them and then write a book about it. It's kind of a low budget Big Brother.
