Jenny My name is Jenny Alphine George Palliveettil..yes, a pretty long name. And I love my name.I'm 22...I'm from Kerala. My favorite books are:
1. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
2. The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy
3. Follow Your Heart by Susanna Tamaro &
4. A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini

My favorite series up to now are:
1.Harry Potter
2.Twilight
3.VA

My favorite Authors are:
1. Paulo Coelho
2. Arundathi Roy
3. Nicholas Sparks

I like to talk about books and music.
I comment a looooot during movies and it's really annoying, but I can't help it.
I can't stand reality shows.
I love and really enjoy seeing things as in shops-Seeing and commenting itself satisfies me, especially with my mom and friends.I like to dress up especially in Kurtis(& leggings),skirts and frocks.I don't wear makeup.I like Asian Dramas, especially K Dramas..

Things I need to survive:
1. Oats and Tea

3. A plain book and Pen
4. Mummy
5. My bestie Ann!! :D

I am totally introvert and so I've not many friends (Even virtual friends, I am not on Facebook). (Books are becoming my new friends but textbook refused to be.)
Interest: Reading (Obviously), Thinking, Talking to myself, Drawing, TV serials, Spending time with my Mom, Programming, Newspaper Reading, Blogging (will do soon) and twitter .
I am very close to my Mom (Mimom).(You can call me a mama's boy. Yes I am.)
I love South-Asia although I have not visited any country except India. I have a soft-corner for our neighbouring country such as Pakistan, Bangladesh (except China).
I love Pak-Dramas.(Any Zindagi-Lover here???)
I love to walk in the night under the shiny bright moon and twinkling stars.
Genre: Not any specific. I like all genres except Romance (Typical-Love-Story) and Dystopia.

Rahul Rajendran Hi all. . This is Rahul from Coimbatore and I'm an unlucky engineering student. Fortunately, books colour some part of my world, and I'm really lucky to have that habit. I've not been into much books but still have some genres in my favourites list. They include history and philosophy. .

Phani Raj Hi, all...I am Phani, doing Ph.D. in Computer Science. Born and brought up in Hyderabad, but staying in Mumbai.

I prefer reading Science Fiction and occasionally non-fiction. But would read any book as long as it is good.

Other than books, you can discuss anything interesting with me if it is related to science, economics, world politics

Karolina Kat Hello all, I'm Karolina, I'm 28 and I'm from Poland. I really love reading and my other hobbies are cooking, knitting, games and movies/tv series.
There are a lot of books I love, mentioned above Harry Potter series is one of the many! Actually, as Annette already knows, I have knitted for myself a Ravenclaw scarf this year ^^

Hello Karolina ! That is so cool that you know how to knit, I've also wanted to learn. Last winter I made myself a Gryffindor scarf with an old crochet pattern, and I've been dying to wear it again but it's hardly ever cold here in Texas

I made few attempts at learning how to knit before I actually fell in love with it. It's good to have a bunch of friends to knit with - gives you loads of motivation. It's a shame about the weather. Here in Poland we have a regular Autumn and Winter, so I somehow can't wait until it gets cold ^^
