Since I already read Gray Mountain, I read The Colour of Law this week. I like them both for different reasons - no spoilers, so I'll save detailed comments for later, but I'm really interested in what you all (or ya'll as we say here in Austin) think about how much you can ask a reader to take on faith, i.e. how many times can you take a jump in the story and still have credibility with the reader.
