Yeah...

He's another one of my favorites, especially cause of the whole astronomy thing, but his life is pretty sad. His life gets better as he gets older though. He ends up walking his sister Ethel down the aisle at her wedding because they ended up being really close, but that's the only sibling he kept in contact with after their parents died. He was already married to Marie and Baby Eva was a thing at that point. Fun fact: His kids are named after Marie Curie's children since his wife is named Marie.

That's cool(about the kids being named after Marie Curie), it sounds like a couple that my friend and I have had on here for like six years? they've had kids, who've had kids, its after my favorite charrie!

I love the Ethel and Brett couple, too. They're great. Plus, they named their daughter after Ethel's older sister (Olivia). You also haven't met Ben's current foster family... he has three siblings that are the biological children of his foster parents (Antonio Allen, Lousie Allen, and Carmichael Allen. Carmichael is normally just called Michael, but he's been trying to get his family to call him Carmel for months now.), then he has other siblings that are in the foster system, too (James Killian, Acadia Sawyers, Apollo Masterson, and Eathelyn Lincoln).

There is nowhere to swim... I live out in the boonies where there is nothing but dead grass, hot animals, dry wells, and slowly dying trees... Even in town, the rivers are drying up.
Since we don't use A/C at our house, the best way we stay cool is turning on the attic fan in the morning to suck in cool air, use the ceiling fans, avoid using the stove, and cover the windows. {grins wryly}

I'm currently working on a normal world, present day character, since that seems to be the more common type of RP done here - I'm hoping to eventually have four base characters on here to work with, though - a guy and a girl normal world, present day character, and a guy and a girl fantasy, possibly medieval set character.
