Lynne (Tigger's Mum) | 4643 comments Next time use the crevice brush attachment, (if you've still got a crevice ):0)

message 356: by Graham (new)

Graham Garrity (grahamgarrity) | 45 comments A crevice brush attachment. Honestly, do I seem stupid?

message 357: by M.T. (new)

M.T. McGuire (mtmcguire) | 8049 comments I think the beater attachment for the dyson hand held would work well... phnark. snortle.

It's less to do with your state of mind (that's already established) and more to do with your pain threshold.

Graham Garrity (grahamgarrity) | 45 comments Okay, listen up. My accident with the Dyson Ball Cleaner was a genuine mistake! Due to all this diabolical talk of crevice attachments, hand held beaters and pain thresholds, however, I have had to increase my daily whiskey intake as the visions of the perverted sexual practices that some of you obviously enjoy are affecting my nerves.

Hold, on, there's no need to have visions, I've got some photos here if you send me your email address.

I'm just having a look through them at the moment... Do you like general machinery, or are you a household appliances man? Just that I've got some interesting one's with a cement mixer.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments And no ducks, Geoff?

Do we need to start a peverted sexual practices thread for Graham?

Vanessa (aka Dumbo) (vanessaakadumbo) | 8459 comments Gingerlily - Mistress Lantern wrote: "And no ducks, Geoff?

Come on GL...all our threads contain perverted sexual practices...don't they? ;0)

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments This one was supposed to be for people who are upset about something to get comfort and advice. Peverted sexual practices may comfort some people, but its not the first thing I would offer...

message 365: by Graham (new)

Graham Garrity (grahamgarrity) | 45 comments Gingerlily - No you do not need to start a sexual practices thread. Having said that, I wouldn't mind looking at Geoff's photos of the cement mixer.

If you ask him nicely he might put them up on Vanessa's thread.

Geoff (G. Robbins) (merda constat variat altitudo) (snibborg) | 8204 comments I think we all need a hug after the events of the last 24 hours.

We've all been very subdued in light of the events that took place in Paris. There must be a sense of there but for the grace of god..

The problem is that this is going to be a long war, with no real knowledge of whether it has been won or not. Al Quieda were subdued, only for another group to come into ascendancy.

This is not a traditional war where the enemy surrenders, but one where they go into hiding and rebuild their forces to begin again.

What we mustn't do is think they cannot be defeated. They can and will, but there'll be many setbacks before that happens. But the battlefield isn't just fighting terrorists, but winning the hearts and minds of ordinary Muslims.

Hugs to you all.

You have warned him about our Radical Brigade, I trust Emma? We will not hesitate to track him down and give him endless Chinese burns if he doesn't behave (or misbehave. Your choice.).
