Ah - I see now - it sounded a bit like a Vauxhall car!

You are very wise to process things so you can learn what you might learn, and then, I hope, leave the rest behind in the discard bin.
It can take a fair amount of effort - writing and talking - but being free makes it worthwhile. lancing the boil, so to speak.
That's why I blogged about all that's been happening: partly to warn/educated anyone who might face a similar set of choices, but more to get it out of my head in some roughly coherent fashion so I can get out from under its continuing effects.

Aww, fingers crossed it does get easier

There was a lady there talking to McMini. He was crying and I felt terrible. She told me he had been crying and she had stopped to talk to him because she realised I must be one of the people over by the ambulance. The minute she asked me If I was OK I cried. A lot. I cried on and off for days afterwards, too. I cry on the way home from my parents every time I go to see them. It's natural. :-)
Frankly, I have no idea how you find the strength to do what you do. So rest assured, however worried you feel, you are doing something amazing and I, for one, couldn't stand in your shoes.
This too shall pass. Hold fast. It will be ok.
All the best

Good. ;-)
