Oh my god yes! Finally a read-a-thon I can take part in properly because I'm not in school at this time! Unfortunately I don't think I can host any challenges (I don't have a lot of social media)
Really looking forward to this!
I think I will read 'never fade'. When I read the darkest minds I flew through it in 24hours so I think never fade will be perfect for this read-a-thon.
I think I will join. I'm going to try and finish Eleanor & Park if I haven't already by then. And finish Night Circus if I haven't be then. And read through the Divergent series!
I'd like to join but I have work on both of those evenings, so I'll read try to finish a book I've already started, rather than reading a new one from start to finish. I'm already 67 pages into 'Rivers of London' by Ben Aaronovitch, but lost interest, so I'll make it my mission to finish it in the readathon!

Since we have 20 members in our book club I thought we could start a new tradition. At the end of April we will be having a 48 hour read-a-thon. It is impossible to be able to stay up for 48 hours straight, so you can go to sleep in the middle of it.
Rules:
*you can read book and magazines and listen to audio recordings
*you can take breaks to eat, sleep, take a shower, go to the bathroom, participate in mini challenges, and anything else you need to do
*You don't have to stay awake the whole 48 hours
*You can just read how many hours you can
*add a book shelf called Spring Into Reading 48 Hour Read-A-Thon 2014 for the books you want to read during the Read-A-Thon
Start:Fri, April 18th at 8am
End: Sun, April 20th at 8am
(These dates and times are tentative they may change if it doesn't work)
