Reason for deleting a book?

Is there a possibility to retrace the reason why a certain book has been deleted?

"The Last Pure Human", formerly http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/88..., has been deleted even though it had several reviews. Now I wonder, has it been an accident, should I add the book again, or has it been deleted for a good reason?

Thank you for the answer. In that particular case I regret the decision because the story has about 270k words and many readers.

re 4, unfortunately once a book has been deleted, there's no way to restore it. nor is there anything in the librarian log that will help. you might try contacting support, perhaps they can figure out what happened from their end.
