Three (more?) separate pages for The Pool in the Desert, by Sara Jeanette Duncan AKA Duncan, Sara Jeanette, AKA Everard Cotes. This isn't how it's supposed to be, is it?

All editions were published under Sara Jeanette Duncan. The edition with Everard Cotes was clearly an error -- look at its cover.

Fixed.

That name was not on any covers I looked at, but it does make sense.
