A question about contacting members

I would like to know if it's possible to message a group of GoodReads members all at once. For example, those who have a particular book on their to-read shelf or those who didn't win a giveaway - to let them know about a discount code they can use toward the purchase of the book. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Unfortunately there is no such thing. I myself have thought of the same thing but one reason GR does not have this is because it may come off as spamming.
Your best bet is would be two things:
1. When you do a giveaway, maybe write at the bottom that for those who didnt win who still want a copy to message you(it's a bit unethical but if your serious and want to give out copies it'd be your choice)
2. Tell a moderator of a group you just published a new book and your just trying to inform people about it and ask if they will send a mass e-mail for you.
