Vanessa gasped and held on tightly to his chest, not wanting to fall. She wasn't the best at flight, and she'd recently acquired a pretty horrifying fear of heights. "Safe!" she called. "No more!"

She had already let go to make sure Khari was okay. "Oh- um, why wouldn't I let you go?" she asked seeming a bit confused. She got the impression suddenly that he was flirting. "Oh."
Kevin grinned" So what did you two want to talk about?"Khari nodded" We need your help stopping an African dictator who's in charge of my country and is slaughtering innocent people."

Khari nodded" Yes. I saw a vision of all three of us and one other fighting together."Kevin stared at them then said" Let's find the other person then."
Khari then said" So you'll help us."
Kevin nodded" Yeah. This isn't even the weirdest thing that has happened to me this week."
"Thank you," Vanessa said excitedly. "We can do this, can't we?!" She inadvertently floated a few inches from the ground.
(( Well technically the roof.))Kevin smiled" You can fly. That's cool. I can fly too as you know."
((Well, yeah.))"Oh! Sorry," she drifted back down to the ground. "So, who is number four?"
Khari sighed" I don't know. I accidentally found you Vanessa. The only reason I knew to look for Wonderboy was that the spiritual realm told me."
"How do you talk to the spiritual realm? Can I dream the future where we find him, perhaps?"
"Deep meditation and a incantation. Maybe. We should probably get some sleep any way." Khari said smiling.
Kevin noticed the sound of nothing coming from them and then used his X-Ray vision to confirm that they had nothing" ..... Ugh... Okay... I'll give you two a place to stay."
"Thank you," she looked at Kevin gratefully. "I'll try to do my best to find the other one," she looked to them both, really seeing it as rather serious, and not that romantic.
Khari had no romantic feelings for her.Kevin just saw pretty girl. Kevin was kind of stupid some times.
Vanessa smiled happily. "Where are we going now? Do we have help you finish up being hiro today?"
" I guess I could take you to dad's fortress . There's pretty of room. I know Dad wouldn't care. Probably. It's a long flight though." Kevin said sighing.
"I will help us fly," she offered, "I promise I'll do all to save Africa!"
" I don't know... I'm not sure you'll be able to keep up."

"I can try," she offered, "It can't be that hard..."
" Have you never flown before?" He asked curiously.

She shrugged. "I stopped myself from falling from the third floor once," she said, "And I levitate from time to time, and fly a bit on good days..." Luckily, she knew some English about her own powers.
" ... It's not that easy. Trust me."
"What do you mean? I fly just now. You fly too."
" You've said you've levitated and flown a couple times. It took me a while to master flying for more than few minutes. That was with my dad teaching me how."
"Oh... You teach me?" she asked, looking up with her hair swishing around her shoulders.
Kevin sighed" Yes. I'll teach you."
Her face lit up. "Thank you, American!"
" Am I American? I mean I was born in America but my dad's an alien...." Kevin pondered for a minute then shrugged.
Kevin shook his head" Nevermind. Are you ready to start flying 101?"
She nodded. "Maybe Khari can teach as well?"
Khari looked at her" I can't fly."

She had reserves about throwing herself off a building, so she levitated then and there, and then slowly and carefully inched over into open air, wobbling a little, but staying there for a few seconds before hastily returning. "There." she said something in Russian. "Done."
Kevin laughed" That's more levitating than flying."
"I fly..." she frowned timidly. "Not much fly."
" You wanted me to teach you right?"
Wonderboy sighed" Yeah okay."
He grabs Khari and Vannesa than flies them to the roof of a skyscraper.
