Did some digging...
It was a expanded re-release. It went from the original story of 117pp to the new story of 246pp. She added 42,000 words. it has a different title....it's not really the same book as the original release.

I loved 24!!!!! I've even got a baseball hat & a tshirt I still wear on house cleaning days. Lol! (didn't buy them -- my hubs works for a Fox affiliate & is always bringing stuff like that home.)

Very addicting. I can't believe I am watching it almost 15 years later. Shannon we are on season 4 of 24. The only thing I don't like is that the cast keeps changing each season though I understand why. I am not a fan of any of the cast of season 4 except Jack and Tony and now even Chloe is gone:(

There were some seasons that were definitely more eyeroll worthy than others. I never liked the ones that focused on his daughter.
I've still got to watch the one they just did. I've watched the first couple but haven't finished.

I did! I really like the family dynamics so far.

I watched Fear the Walking Dead last night. I agree that it was a bit slow at the beginning, but I think it's going to be good. Just like books - gotta develop your characters and setting! The show really shows how things go from normal life to the crazy world we see in Walking Dead. But it's hard to watch without the characters that we've fallen in love with for so many seasons. Crossing my fingers for some sort of "crossover" later down the road!

Kelly showed me a very easy way to search for books first published on a certain date. I never knew you could do something like this!https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=...+
You go to Google and put in this search(replace the 5th with whichever date we need):
site: goodreads "(first published * 5th"

oh yes Rick and Daryl....Nadia....I am very sensitive about such things but for some odd reason I love The Walking Dead. I think it is the survival thing or something and of course I am a sucker for the character study in it. You guys are chatty, how fun!

I think the series is going to be very interesting. Besides, we need something to keep us happy once baseball season is over. :(

I am going to take the bull by the horns and get it going! baseball season is going to be sorely missed :( but then football! yay! but I don't enjoy it as much as baseball though. Okay...I'll start reading The Crossing Places today.
This morning I decided to change my penguin book to The Tower, The Zoo, and The Tortoise so that I can listen to the audio while I do my chores, which are never-ending. :)This is my second time reading the book and I am still enjoying it just as much. It is a very charming book.
I'll be finished with it in a few hours.

I would look for a setting on a plane but I have a goal book to start tonight. Here is a book that is very, very good and the setting is a plane. I tried looking for the audio but my Overdrive doesn't have it. I wouldn't mind reading it again but oh well... it is:
I checked Agron's goal.. no " best of both worlds" now onto Saxa's.
Chris I could only check Behind the Shattered Glass not your other couple of open books.
