Alexandra entered the windowed dance studio. The windows always made her nervous, knowing people would be watching her. But it also made her strive to do her best

Reese couldn't hand being at school today. She decided to ditch, and to make her way over the dance studio. She had her lulu lemon bag under her arm as she entered the ballet room. She kicked off her shoes, and put on her pink ballet toe shoes. She was dressed in a pair of blackmilk work out pants, and her matching sports bra. She hadn't realized that someone was their till she appeared her head up, "Oh, are you already using this room?"

Alexandra looked up startled, her eyes wide, thegreen color matching that of her green skirt. "No, it's fine, you can practice here too" she said quickly as she finished lacing up her ballet shoes. She nervously tugged at the strap of her black tanktop. It was different to dance for the onlookers who.were separated by a sheet of glass.

Reese nodded, as she went to the rales and started to work on her 5 simple positions (or at least i think this 5 to be honest. i don't know anything about ballet). She went through the cycle a few times, warming up, "You dance here a lot?"

(PRetty sure itsfive! ) Alexandra was suprised the girl was speaking to her. She relaxed out of her starting position and turned to her, "yeah, i do. I've been dancing since I can remember. Yourself?"

"Same. I started dancing since before I could walk," Reese started to explain, as she continued her positions, "I'm Reese, by the way." She didn't know why but for some odd reason she was in a conversing mood, which was strange for her, but she tried not to be completely awkward.

"Alexandra" she replied as she resumed her position and began to spin to unheard music, "i think I've seen you before, at school." She peroeted then flipped into the air, landing lightly on her toes. She had a performnce in a few weeks. It had to be perfect

"You seem familiar as well," Reese pondered as she started to do her Petit sauté; A small jump, in which the feet do not change positions in mid-air. She did them because had had been having troubles keeping her feet in the same position recently.

Alexandra nodded in acknowledgment at Reese. Shr saw somelittle girks outside thr window watching and she stopped to wave at them and.smile. then she continued her performance. When she finished, she lay down on the matts, looking up at the mirrored ceiling

Reese continued with her routine till she practiced it to death. She then slipped off her shoes, and started to do her cool down stretches trying to control her breathing.

Alexandra continued to lay there, staring at the cieling. She had.no idea what to do with the rest of her day. She couldnt go home, her ass of a stepfather would be there. she couldnt go to school since she'd already skipped part of it...

"I was thinking of heading out do this new cafe downtown," Reese start to explain, "If you wanna join me." She was completely surprised that she inviting this girl, but for some reason she felt like she could connect to this girl, and maybe she could make a friend. I don't need friends. But it wouldn't hurt to have some fun in awhile.

"Sure" alexandra said, rolling over and sitting up. Why not? She thought. It would be nice to makr at least one friend. That and she could get the scope on theguys of the neighborhood. "I just havr to change quick?" She said, looking at reese to verify this was ok

"Yeah," Reese nodded in agree, before picking up her bag, "I do too. Meet you in the entrance of the studio?" She started to placed her shoes nicely back into her bag, before placing it on her shoulder.

Alexandra entered a changing room, chaning into a purple shirt and short black skirt. After changing, she went to the entrance and waited patiently

Reese came back dressed in (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)] a tight red dress with a dress shirt underneath, along with a pair of high knee spender socks, and a pair of black heels, "You ready?" she asked Alexandra once she walked towards her.

"Yup" she replied with a soft smile, "ready if you are, lead the way" ahe held the door open for reese, a soft breeze blowing in

"Okay," Ashton responded as he flashed her a grin before following her directions, "I'll meet you in studio C? Reese usually spends her time in there."

"Sounds good to me" she chripped, turning and flouncing off towards the girls changing room. Quickly, she slipped into a black tanktop, black spandex, and a gold wrap skirt she wore for most of her practicing. She then headed to studio C to warm up

Ashton slipped into a pair of blue soccer shorts and a white wifebeater that exposed his two rose tattoos that where on his shoulders. He ran a hand nervously, through his gelled brown, almost black, hair before entering studio C. His eyes fell upon Alexandra, and he couldn't help but check her out, and yes she was beautiful but they were only friends. He gestured down at what he was wearing, "Is this okay? Reese tried to teach me one time to dance," he added, "It didn't turn out very well."

She grinned over at him, "yea, thatll do." She eyed himand down purposefully, winkimg playfully. "Th. Most important part of dance is the warmup" she said,sitting sown to stretch her llegs

"Okay. Good," Ashton chirped as he flashed her his boyish cute smile before siting down next to her and started to copy what she was doing, "You ever taught anyone before, or am I your first?" Ashton asked wiggling his brows, playfully.

"You're my first" she said with a soft blush, and a wink, "but I'm sure itll be easy" shethen leaned forward,touching her head to the ground tostretch her back. "Doyou want to see me do a routine first?" She asked

He chuckled softly softly at he comment and then saw her bend down. He was amazed that he head could touch the floor, he tried to do the same but failed epically. "How do you do that?" he asked with a confused facial expression, "Oh, and yeah. Could you do it first? So, I can still what I'm about to do."

Ashton sat there wide eyed at he watched her every move and studied it. He couldn't believe what she was doing. Once the music stopped he started clapping, "How? What? Dammn, you're amazing. You're like a goddess," he explained as he sat there still shocked, "Should we just call it a day or?" He did not want to embarrass himself infront of someone that was that good of a dancer.

Alexandras face turned completely scarlet at his complements and she nervously fiddled with her hair, "ive practiced that one for the longest time, thats the only reason it looks so good. And dont worry i wont expect you to do anything that crazy" she smiled softly at him before goinf to the radio and switching the track to some more upbeat music. "Come on, lesson one, loosen up!"

Ashton sat up and looked up into in the mirror that filled the one wall, "Okay. I'm ready. Should I just follow you or?" he asked as he shot her a boyish cute smile that allowed his dimples to be represent on both sides. He was nervous so he tried to calm down by letting his mind focus on the music and not on how bad his dancing was going to be.

She grinned, beginning to move her body to the music, the way you would see girls dancing in clubs or at parties, "learn the basics first, dance like you would at a party"

Ashton let his body loosen and he started to let his body move to the beat of music, dancing along side her, "I don't see how this is going to get me to do that, babe," Ashton responded as he continued to do what she said.

"Thisjust gets you started, helps you loosen up" she said with a wink, "no amazing dance moves come without being limber." She paused for a moment, "one super east dance that will impress is the basic waltz, want to learn that?"

"Okay," Ashton responded as he flashed her a grin and continued to get loosened up and he nodded once she asked about the waltz, "Yeah. Something I can probably accomplish."

"Alright" she smiled, stepping towards him, holding up her right hand. "Ok, hand in my hand, otherone on my hip" she said as she placed a delicate hand on his shoulder

"Only hip?" Ashton teased as he sent her a playful puppy dog eye look, before doing what he was told. He slipped one of his hands into hers and the other on her hip, gripping it lightly, "Like this?"

Alexandra rolled her eyes at his comment, but blushed at the weight of his hand on her hip. "Yes, just like that. Now, we're going to move in a box step. Usually the guy leads, so basically just follow the movement with my feet."

"I believe in gender equality," Ashton chuckled, and followed her lead across the dance floor, "Let this?" he asked his eye tilled his head down so that his eyes could meet hers. He held her close, but not close enough that they were touching, there was about half a ruler distance between them.

She smiled softly, "You're doing wonderfully" she praised as their feet moved in the traditional box-step formation, "Like a professional" she winked

"I'm a natural. What can I say," Ashton joked as flashed her charming smile, as they continued to move around the dance floor with the box-step. Ashton knew it was only going to get harder from here.

"Ok, now to throw in something fun, spin me" she said eagerly, "It's not as hard as it sounds, just extended your arm out and I'll follow it, then give a tug and I'll spin right back in"

"Okay," Ashton responded, nervously, "But if I hurt you, it's your fault for allowing me to do this." He followed her instructions and extended his arm watching her spin out of his grasp, and pulling her slowly back into his grasp and than starting back into the box-step.

She grinned, "See, that was perfect!" She praised, "You sir, are dancing like you were born to do it!" a pleasant blush settled across her cheeks

Ashton chuckled, he was having fun, he stopped worrying about messing up and started to move around confidently, "Thanks, Alexandra. It means a lot that you helped me."
