I don't know if you figured it out but I just did.
< img src="enter link for gif here" width="40" height="100" alt="description"/
copy and paste the link to the gif you want in place of 'https://www.goodreads....'
You can find the exact html coding under Formatting Tips on the top right side of the text box when leaving a review.
