Apple Scramble

This recipe had mixed reviews at our house. I thought that it was pretty good, it was almost like eating an apple puff pancake without all the trouble. The flavor profile is sweet with the honey and the apples bringing a lot of flavor to the eggs. My wife found the sweetness to be over powering and did not eat much of it at all.
