Is it possible to remove a duplicate review? Not sure if two reviews affect ratings, but this identical review shows up twice on my page:

Librarians have no control over individual reviews. If you believe there is a problem with one, please either flag it or use the Contact Us link on the Help page.

Also, links to individual reviews are not permitted in this group. Please remove the link from your post.
