My teachers and friends say Im a pretty good poet, but I dont think as much. There r soooooo many ppl who r better at writing poetry than me.

My stories, I want ppl to read them and I want them to criticize!!!! I love the good comments, but I want 'hey maybe you should do this' or 'it would be really cool if . . .' but no one really ever puts that. . . *sigh*

I know! I feel the same way. SOmetimes, I want someone to come up to me and say 'This is bad, Holly, really bad. You can do better! Do this and this and this and this and this and MAYBE it will be worth reading.' But you are right, no one ever does. How bout I look at your stories and give you advice? Do you want me to be oodley harsh or just constructive criticism?

But its hard to criticize your stories! They are just too good! (sry, Im not helping)

I was just there earlier this summer. My mom had a conference, so she got a really great room with a view to die for. It was amazing. We could see Navy Pier, and the night before we left there was a huge fireworks show that we could watch from our window.

My dad has to be there for work, and he was able to take two other people along with him, so my mom and I get to go. Leaving my brother in sister with my grandparents!

Nice! Bet they love that. Everyone's dads travel for work, but my dad stays home and my mom flies all over the world.
