Pen Name Book Added to Dashboard?

I write under both my pen name and my real name. My pen name has its first book to be published next week. Is there any way to add this book to my author dashboard? Or do I have to create an author page for the pen name? Thank you.

What is the title of the book and what is the pen name?

Basically, your real name would be added as an additional author to the book record, by a librarian.
