Start to post your ideas about having a writing contest. I've already been suggested that we have like a prison theme for a writing contest. Please give opinions!

I like the prison theme. It should be in third person...at least one decent page long (preferably longer) and it should have a deadline. There should be at least three judges, and some sort of prize for first to get people motivated.
I will think about that. If no one else posts ideas before Monday night, I will make a contest.
oh oh oh a prison theme is awesome!! but i think it should be two pages long, because what can you say in one page?
I think it should be at least one page. Half a page is okay too, but a page or two would be good. So, yeah. That's all the ideas so far. I guess we could announce a date to make the contest. Like the day to start, and the deadline/time to turn in your work date.Should we start on July 15, 2009.
And then maybe end August 5, 2009.
Tell me what you guys think. I'll think of judges soon. I'll have to think of good judges....anyway. Tell me what you think of the dates.

-Topic: Prison
-Must be a member of the group.
-Length: Minimum-Half Page
Maximum-3 Pages
-Must have at least two characters.
-Try to keep language to a minimum.

Yes, we will accept late entries. But only two days after the deadline.

can i message my story to just the judges? I dont like just posting things on the internet *shrug* and can it just be a part of a story like the beginning? Cause i have something ive written already that has to do with prison sorta. ^_^
