Can you delete book editions without losing reviews?

Hi there. An author is requesting that only the new covers of her books show up. She wants all old covers to be deleted. So she wants to know if we can delete the editions with old covers without losing the reviews for the books. Thanks!

No deleting books that have been published is against GR policy, and librarians doing so can lose their privileges.

If there are new editions then alternate cover editions are added, covers should not be changed on existing books.

They should be combined with the new editions.
