Ara closed her eyes and focussed on breathing, gritting her teeth against the pain. She wasn't big on pain, and she hadn't been hurt in a while which made it worse.

The shaft flew out to his hand which had some blood on it. He then focused and started his healing incantation changing the glow to a pure golden hue. The energy slowly stitched her tissue together and resolved the pain.
"Can we heal ourselves or is it only good on others?" she asked as her pain disappeared and she watched the golden hue around his hands. It was interesting.
"I heal myself only when I need to otherwise I let meditation speed it up naturally" he said with a sigh as he felt the energy leave him and got to her.
For some reason, unknown to Ara, she gently put her hand on his shoulder and she suddenly felt tired, like she had pushed her energy from herself to him. "What just happened?" she asked groggily.
"Energy transference it is the first thing us nature wizards discover" he said as he caught her and remembered the first time he did the feat.
"Because you gave you the energy to me" he said giving a measure back to her as an example. The energy flowed out in a shimmer of gold light again and settled on her.
"It is our field to help others Ara you just haven't learned o\all of what you can do" he said with a smile. "Sleepy aren't you?" he asked since that was what he felt the first time.
"You're so comfortable" the words just slipped out and she knew she would regret them later but she didn't care now. He really was comfortable even though he was all muscle like.
"DO you think because I have mostly muscle I wouldn't be?" he asked curiously not offended but wondering what she thought on the fact.
"Yeah" she nodded and buried her face in his neck as it got harder for her to stay awake. She didn't feel as weak as she had a few moments ago, she knew it was from him giving some energy back to her, but she still felt awfully tired.
"It just means my body has a higher limit and endurance" he says as he slid his hands behind her legs and flipped her so he supported her weight as he lead her to the bed.
"Don't leave" she begged, her voice clearly showing that's what she was doing, begging. He had already taught and she couldn't stand if him just leaving after that
"I don't leave when someone is vulnerable, no need to beg" he said with a slight smile as he placed her in the sheets.
She nodded but didn't let go of him when he laid her down because by then she was passed out and he was to comfortable to let go of.
"I suppose I am sleeping then as well" he whispered and managed to slip in the bed without her releasing him.
Arab woke up the next morning and was a little disoriented because her head was on something moving and she had her arms and a leg across the thing too. She lifted her head and got a little dizzy so she laid back down until it went away.
Fin had not truly slept in a few centuries as he had gotten so for once he stayed happily asleep not minding how he was at the moment.
Ara remembered what had happened yesterday and she stiffened up for a moment the realized that he hadn't moved away from her or anything so she relaxed again.
Fin smiled as he woke up and knew exactly what he felt on him. "Morning Ara" he said with a normal face but obviously not uncomfortable.
"Hi" she said quietly not sure how he felt about the whole situation since she couldn't see his face.
"Interesting first reaction to using magic" he noted with a smile and adjusted his arms so he was more comfortable.
"That's what you want to talk about right now?" she asked curiously. How on earth did he jump right to that instead of the fact that she was practically laying on him.
Ara rolled over onto her side propping her head up in her hand. "Why?" she asked curiously. She didn't think she would ever tire or asking him questions
"That's depressing" she told him frowning. She couldn't live like that, not having contact with people.
"You don't have to do that alone. Or at least take a break" she tried to figure out what would compel him to be alone all the time
"No one else has tried so for the time being I am" he said with a resigned tone as he had asked a few to help him but they stayed behind.
"Well you realize that I'll be sticking around for awhile right?" she asked him only just realizing that herself.
"So why is energy transference the first thing we learn? I mean I didn't even mean to do it" she asked wanting to know. "I won't always get that tired will I?" She was a little worried about that.
"The more you learn about the magic the easier it will be to use magic like this" he said manipulating the wood of the bedside table to form a statue of a bear, merged with the table.
"So just focus on changing it, or giving it?" she wanted to know exactly what to do before she tried doing it
"Giving and you will see a change like this" he said placing his hand on the tabletop and giving it some power which made it a healthier brown.
"Okay" she nodded and waited for him to take her hand again. She focused on the small stool next to the bed, figuring it would be easier because it was small
