Fiera was just as confused as Zane. "What's going on?" she asked, wide eyed. She didn't hesitate on running. If this was some dream world about Mordor, well, she didn't want it going to a worse nightmare than it already was.
"FOLLOW me!" Tauriel snapped. "My foe draws near. Run!" She ordered, and gave them a shove to get them going.
Zane went into a full on sprint. Which he had honed from running from various things like evil puppies when he was five.
Fiera, who was already running, stumbled at the push. "Bossy," she whispered, moving closer to Zane, who seemed to share her confusion.
"I am so for your own good," Tauriel replied heatedly. "Keep on running." Her red hair enveloped her arms as she ran ahead, but soon had to slow down, for they could not catch up.
Fiera was the slowest, although she was fast. She couldn't keep up with Zane's steady sprint or the Elf. She wondered if Tauriel would notice if either of them stopped and she kept running on ahead.
Zane kept a nice glance behind him ever once in awhile to see how the girl fared. The only reason the elf had a change of heart was because of her fire, so loosing her would be bad.
Tauriel drew back an arrow and let it fly towards Fiera, but instead of hitting the girl, it hit something behind them, and a grunt, then gargle sounded as a creature fell with an arrow at its throat. Tauriel let them pull ahead. "Go straight and stay in the forest." She said, before going after them.
Fiera gave a little shriek and ducked at the arrow, hearing the gurgle and grunt, knowing they were being chased. She tried to go faster, but she was already sprinting and breathless, too terrified to stop.
She gasped for air, hurrying as best as she could, but getting steadily slower. Her legs hurt, and she'd been running before coming here as well.
Zane slowed down to be next to her. Maybe now he could die with a cute girl...... which would be weird cause they could be way different age wise.
"Keep going," she said, "I'm fine. We might get away from the crazy lady," she added, giving him a weak little smile.
She obeyed going left, mainly because the crazy lady seemed to be the only thing keeping them from death.
Fiera cut off suddenly, breathing heavily, in front of Tauriel. She felt like a kid who'd just done something majorly wrong.
Tauriel growled and shoved him off her. "We are safe now." She looked at both of them with an unwavering stare. "Where do you come from? Nûmenor?"
"California," she said, "America, Earth, the Milky way, um, what else do I say?" She was utterly confused and scared and worried. Where was Toby? "I have to get back," she said, "I need to find my brother," she said, stepping back the way they'd come.
"Well then," she said with a grim smile, "Welcome to Middle Earth. Stay with me lest you wish to die within two days."
"Look, this is impossible, this is just a dream. This isn't the Lord of the Rings, this is a nervous breakdown or something. I have to find my brother."
Tauriel muttered something about humans in Sindarin, before saying openly, "Look at my ears. My name is Tauriel, captain of the King's guard."
Fiera didn't want to be pinched, but pinched Zane back. It was only fair. "And what should that mean to me?" Fiera asked, "I've seen your movie, this is- this is bogus."
"I guess," she said, looking around the place slightly scared. "But if I'm here, then where's my brother? Where's my family?"
