Kemper I ran across across this slide show and thought about the bacon discussion that was going on here a week or so back and thought some of you might be interested. Or horrified. I'd heard about it but apparently my local BBQ folks are going to start selling it. God help us all....

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments The preparation looks really grody, and yet the end result looks intriguing and monstrously large. I'd bet it's tasty in very, very teeninsy quantities, and sided with LOTS of greens or veggies. Because I think eating that alone or with starches would be a serious gut bomb.
