How do I list my unpublished book?

I am not yet published, but will be self publishing soon. I wanted to set up an authors profile, but am I able to add a summary and change the title later? Im very confused with this and everyone referred me to this group. Please help. I'm stuck between two titles and I may change it last minute. I don't want to make a profile and then change the title and not be able to change it on here.

Make sure the author name matches the book cover.

If you think you might change the title of the book then make certain that you do not give away any copies with the 'dead' title. If you do then we will keep that old title forever. Once a title exists then we will keep it forever.

If you think you might change your pen name then I would suggest you don't add the book until you have decided what you will use. We do keep old pen names as well.

Just add the book when it actually comes out.
